RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns & Refunds Policy – Prime Enclosures

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item is defective

Photo evidence is required for all claims.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Items damaged due to improper use

  • Change-of-mind purchases

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

To request a refund or replacement, email info@prime-enclosures.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Prime Enclosures reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet the conditions above.
