Shipping Policy – Prime Enclosures

Prime Enclosures ships products directly from international suppliers to offer carefully selected décor and accessories for reptile enclosures.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Estimated delivery time is 5–15 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

All orders include tracking. Please allow several days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Prime Enclosures is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or postal services.
